Great customer service. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went for an eye exam and to order glasses and contacts. They reviewed my plan and ran thru my options to make sure I got the most that I could. They even provided me with a few frame options while I was searching for glasses. And I ended up buying one of the styles they suggested that I would have never tried but ended up loving. They have a good selection of frames and allow you the time and space to try them on without making you feel like there's any pressure while still being attentive. I highly recommend trying Optikos.
